Regulations for Stay, Payments, Cancellations, and Complaints

Stay rules at OutCider Inn Holiday House (hereinafter: OCI)

Please familiarize yourself with the basic rules in our house.

  1. The stay begins at 16.00 (4:00 PM) on the first day and ends at 11:00 (11.00 AM) on the last day.
  2. We maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  3. When organizing parties, consider the common good and the comfort of other OCI residents, including animals and our neighbors.
  4. Supervise your dependents. Tenants/guests are responsible for minors staying at OCI, especially in the pool area.
  5. Pets are accepted upon prior arrangement. Supervise your pets to ensure others feel comfortable and safe.
  6. Smoking is allowed only outside the buildings.
  7. We assist in using equipment and devices. Report any technical problems, malfunctions, or difficulties to the designated persons.
  8. If needed, we change bed linen and towels upon request during the stay.
  9. We want this place to serve future guests, so we strive to leave it intact. However, in case of any damage, the tenant/guest will be responsible for covering the cost of its removal.
  10. Spend your time at OutCider Inn Holiday House with a smile on your face (though this rule is not mandatory ;)).

Payment, Cancellation, and Complaint Regulations

The party renting out the OutCider Inn Holiday Home and collecting payments for the stay is: OutCider Inn Piotr Piasecki, based in Deszkowice Drugie 114, 22-448 Sułów municipality, Lubelskie province, Poland, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 891043982, NIP (TAX ID): 9221717445.

1. Payments

1.1. Booking a vacation home requires payment according to the following rules:
  • Online payments are processed via the PayNow (mBank) payment gateway.
  • Payments are accepted in Polish zloty (PLN).
  • It is possible to pay by regular bank transfer. In this case, the payment must be credited within 7 days of booking. Failure to pay within this period will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

2. Deposits and Final Payment

  • If the reservation is made more than 60 days before the planned arrival date, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required.
  • The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
  • If the reservation is made less than 60 days before the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Reservation Cancellation

  • In the event of a cancellation of a reservation (either for an apartment or the entire house) made for a stay during the high season (June 1st – September 30th):
    • For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 10% of the paid amount (deposit) will be withheld.
    • For cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, 30% of the total paid amount (the full rental cost) will be withheld.
    • Less than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount paid (the full rental amount) is withheld.
    • Less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the amount paid (the full rental amount) is withheld.
  • In case of a reservation cancellation (for an apartment or the entire house) made for a stay in the low season (October 1st – May 31st):
    • Less than 7 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total amount paid (the full rental amount) is withheld.
    • More than 7 days before the arrival date, 100% of the amount paid (the full rental amount) is refunded to the client.

4. Complaints and Grievances

  • The guest has the right to file a complaint regarding the rental of the vacation home within 7 days after the end of the stay.
  • Complaints can be submitted via email to kontakt@outciderinn.pl.
  • The complaint will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of submission.
  • If the complaint is justified, the owner reserves the right to refund part of the fee or provide another form of compensation.

5. Final Provisions

  • In the event of a legal dispute, the parties agree that the competent court will be the one appropriate for the location of the vacation home.

 

The vacation home owner reserves the right to amend the regulations, informing guests before booking.
