Customer account

To access the customer account panel, you must first log in. Use the details you received by email after making your first reservation (if you selected the account creation option).

Important information

Before making a reservation, please familiarize yourself with some important information. Here you will find the OutCider Inn regulations and house rules. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

House rules

  • Check-in: from 16:00 (4 PM)
  • Check-out: by 11:00 (11 AM)
  • Smoking is only allowed outside the building
  • Pets are welcome (please inform us in advance if you plan to stay with your pet)
  • We care about nature, conserve water, separate waste, and do not damage the greenery

Agreement and regulations

Upon your arrival, we will complete the necessary formalities (including the agreement and the “house condition” protocol).

Cancellation of reservation

If you decide to cancel your arrival, we may withhold an amount from the funds already paid, as specified in the Payment Policy. Please review it.
